Use of the service

By using the MyMeedia service you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

  • You must be 14 years or older to use this site.
  • You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other MyMeedia users.
  • You may not use the MyMeedia service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, user names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the MyMeedia service.
  • You must not modify, adapt or hack MyMeedia or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with MyMeedia.
  • You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from MyMeedia including but not limited to user profiles and photos.
  • You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any MyMeedia members ("Spam").
  • You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • You must not, in the use of MyMeedia, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your MyMeedia account. While MyMeedia prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that MyMeedia cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the MyMeedia service at your own risk.

MyMeedia Content

The MyMeedia service contains Content of MyMeedia ("MyMeedia Content"). The MyMeedia Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and MyMeedia owns and retains all rights in the MyMeedia Content and the MyMeedia service. MyMeedia hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the MyMeedia Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the MyMeedia site and using the MyMeedia services.

Content of other Users

The MyMeedia services contains Content of Users and other MyMeedia licensors. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the MyMeedia service.

MyMeedia performs technical functions necessary to offer the MyMeedia services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the MyMeedia services.

Maintenance and Upgrades

Although the MyMeedia site and all other MyMeedia services are normally available, there will be occasions when the site or other MyMeedia services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of MyMeedia.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the MyMeedia service for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify registered users via Email. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead other users.

We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

Proprietary Rights in Your Content

The MyMeedia service does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the MyMeedia service. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the MyMeedia service, you hereby grant to MyMeedia a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of it in any media formats through any media channels solely for the purpose of offering the MyMeedia services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own the Content posted by you on or through the MyMeedia service or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section,
  • the posting and use of your Content on or through the MyMeedia service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and
  • the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.

You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the MyMeedia Services.

Deletion of Content

Although MyMeedia will normally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, MyMeedia reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by MyMeedia in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Consequently, MyMeedia encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, MyMeedia is not a backup service. MyMeedia will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the MyMeedia services, or the loss of any Content.

General Information

IN2 search interfaces development Ltd (IN2) operates several websites including https://mymeedia.com and https://in-two.com. It is IN2's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Web site visitors

Like most website operators, IN2 collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. IN2's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how IN2's visitors use its website. IN2 may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. IN2 may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, IN2 does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. IN2 uses cookies to help IN2 identify and track visitors, their usage of IN2 website, and their website access preferences.

IN2 visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using IN2's websites, with the drawback that certain features of IN2's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by IN2 and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to IN2's websites choose to interact with IN2 in ways that require IN2 to gather personally-identifying information.
